The First Unitarian Church of Providence has begun an effort to improve its communications. One of the elements
in this effort is a re-design of the church newsletter.
Originally a one-color newsletter with few, if any, graphics, I have designed a piece that incorporates the
color palette and typographic standards for other communications, including the ministerial
search packet and the resources book.
The newsletter is now a 12-page monthly publication with news, announcements, a calendar and listings and descriptions
of upcoming events and educational series. Color photographs and illustrations are included, both to illustrate
stories and to introduce additional visual interest.
Shown here is a recent edition. The newsletter is avialable online and will soon also be available in a printed
four-color version..
